The Shrewsbury Fireman’s carnival ended with a bang and it was one that many will not forget.
June 24th-29th was a long week for many of our volunteers here at the Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company as the Shrewsbury Fireman’s Carnival came to life. Many of our volunteers stayed day and night to create a positive atmosphere for the community to enjoy. Our 70th carnival did not go unnoticed around the community and we look forward to having another carnival next year.
This years carnival featured rides by Russ Amusements, live nightly entertainment by various local musicians around Central Pennsylvania, games, vendors, and of course food.
We want to thank all of the volunteers and sponsors that make this carnival possible and especially the members of the Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company and their families. The Shrewsbury Fireman’s carnival is the biggest fundraiser that the fire company holds and looks forward to it each and every year.
Thank you to the community for supporting the carnival and the Shrewsbury Volunteer Fire Company. We look forward to seeing you back next year June 22nd thru June 27th!
