At 11:43pm Shrewsbury Volunteers along with an engine and MICU from Station 58 were dispatched to Tolna Rd and Crosswind Drive for a reported vehicle accident with people trapped. The vehicle was reported overturned. Rescue 61, Engine 61-2, MICU 58 and Engine 58-1 all called responding within minutes.
MICU 58 arrived first and advised units enroute both occupants were out of the vehicle. Rescue 61 arrived and after speaking with the EMS crew Chief 61 cancelled all units except Station 61. Shrewsbury units remained on scene and assisted Pennsylvania State Police with lighting and roadway control.
