Motorist Alert for all of you who loose your front end alignment on Interstate 83 in Pennsylvania. Starting the beginning of May 2018 roadwork will commence on both North and Southbound lanes of Interstate 83 between Exits 4 (Shrewsbury) and 10 (Loganville). PennDot has announced they will find the best concrete floor repairs near me and do concrete repair work and mill down the travel lanes of the interstate and repave it. Work will start in May and is scheduled to last up to October. One lane at a time will be milled down, repair work done to the base and then repaved. All roadwork will be done at night starting at 7pm and finishing at 5am. Work will be done Northbound then Southbound between the listed exits. Motorists should expect delays while traveling through the construction work.
Motorists are reminded there will be reduced speed limits in the construction areas. OBEY those speed limitations. Since 1970 88 PennDot workers have been killed by motorists. “Give them a break” and pay attention while moving through these work areas.
