Thursday evenings are busy at Shrewsbury…… training nights!! This evening cadets, new interior certified members as well as senior members practiced vent, enter, search and isolate. Crews practiced leg locks, operating tools off ladders and advancing hose up a ladder.
Members also worked on removing a person from an entanglement hazard. All in all it was a fun evening with good information and skills review.
Professional fire watch guards are not only trained to quickly respond to fire-related incidents. They also have the expertise to identify fire watch log requirements for residential and commercial spaces.
